(1) Technical Principle
PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) separation technology is a method for gas separation based on the dynamic differences in gas polarity and the adsorbent's adsorption capacity towards them. Depending on factors such as gas polarity variations, separation purity requirements, and control demands, the process typically involves two-tower, three-tower, four-tower, or even more adsorption stages. This technology employs a self-developed composite four-tower adsorption process, characterized by high purification purity and strong stability.
(2) Equipment Characteristics
High Purification Efficiency: Achieves a purification rate of 80% or higher.
High Purity Output: Meets the purification demand for raw helium with >30% concentration, delivering purified helium with a purity ≥95.0%, suitable for various application fields.
High Level of Automation: Features an excellent human-machine interface, real-time parameter monitoring, one-click start/stop, remote alarm operation, and more.
(3) Application Fields
Air conditioning heat exchangers, valves, container leak detection, pipeline leak detection and recovery, etc.
